This page explains how you should proceed to download and install your software with the license certificate. If you have questions concerning the software itself, such as activating the software through an activation code, then please get in touch with the producer. Here you can find all the support data for each brand.

Your certificate contains a download link and activation code (key) you need both to make use of your license. If you have not received a certificate from the reseller but for example a my-esd download link by email, you can still follow these steps.

After clicking on the My-ESD download link within the certificate, you will go to the download page of the brand in question or to a My-ESD page with the message 'Product found'.

Click 'Run' and the file (download) opens and the download starts.

Now you are ready with the download. Proceed to 'install'!
